Igor Stelmakh

14 years of banking sector and financial consulting experience. Igor works for Exim Group since 2008. Earlier he headed the Project Finance Department at Raiffeisen Bank Aval. In 2005-2007 Igor, as an independent financial advisor attracted financing for several large investment projects in Ukraine. In 2006-2007 he was adviser to the Minister of Transport and Communications of Ukraine on international loans and project finance. In 1999 -2005 he worked at the Project Finance Department of HVB Group in Moscow and at Corporate Banking and Strategy Department of HVB Group in Munich. Igor graduated from the Munich University, business management faculty (Dipl.- Kfm).

Sofia Huzenko

7 years of investment banking experience. Sofiya joined Exim Group in 2010. Earlier she worked for the investment banking companies SARS Capital and Aval Brok. Sofiya took part in M&A deals in the banking, metallurgy, telecom, pharmaceutical and other sectors. Sofiya has successfully passed CFA Level 3 Exam. She holds MA degree in Economics from the National University 'Kyiv-Mohyla Academy' (EERC), diploma with honor.

Kostyantyn Peresiedov

6 years of investment banking experience. Kostyantyn joined Exim Group in 2011. Earlier he worked in corporate finance department at KINTO Asset Management, the last three years as the Deputy Head of department. Participated and organized M&A deals in such sectors as textiles & clothing, engineering and construction. He also managed projects in pharmaceuticals, logistics, food sector, retail and other. Kostyantyn has successfully passed CFA Level 2 Exam. He graduated from the National University 'Kyiv-Mohyla Academy', obtained MA degree in Finance, diploma with honors.

Oxana Mazur

3 years of investment banking experience. Oxana joined Exim Group in 2010. Graduated with honor magister course of international business administration at Kyiv National Economic University and National University of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine(Law degree). She also was a visiting student in logistics course at Vienna Economic University
