Who we are

EXIM-CONSULTING was founded in 2005 as a part of the EXIM-GROUP consisting of three companies: EXIM-ACTIVE, EXIM-CAPITAL and EXIM-CONSULTING. JSC "Ukreximbank" held the minority stake in one of the group companies till 2010. Since that time the group is 100% management owned. In 2013 one of the group companies EXIM-ACTIVE was closed.

EXIM-CONSULTING is a financial advisory specialist in structured and project finance and arranger of long-term loans for Ukrainian companies from international banks. We are also doing M&A deals and providing restructuring and lobbying services, help Ukrainian corporates in attracting international strategic or financial partners in order to expand their business in Ukraine or penetrate markets in the EU.

EXIM-CONSULTINGis an accredited member of Business Advisory Services (BAS) of the EBRD. Under this program with our help several Ukrainian companies received grants for preparing business plans, financial models and market research.

We have well established relationship with Ukrainian and foreign banks, international financial institutions, export credit agencies, financial and legal advisory firms such as Baker Tilly, Barclays Capital, BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, ING, Gazprombank, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Royal Bank of Scotland, Royal Bank of Canada, Sberbank, Standard Bank, VTB, West LB, UniCredit, EBRD, IFC, Hermes, EGAP, SACE, SINOSURE, Watson Farley & Williams, Exotix and others.
